Orders ship via UPS,USPS,DHL or FedEx. Tracking
numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the
purchase date according to our refund policy. Just email us directly and we’ll

For replacement hardware please contact: service@artisancutlery.net
Please be advised that we will require an image of your damaged hardware in
order to replace it. In the case of replacement parts that do not fall under
our warranty there may be an additional charge.
